Full Job Description
- Conduct planned maintenance, reactive response, fault analysis and repair on plant and equipment in line with the manufacturer's instructions and SFG20 Guidance.
- Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, Inspect and test electrical & mechanical services, plant, and equipment, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with the contract specification.
- Carry out general duties which require multi skilled discipline, including but not limited to re-lamping, fault finding to electrical wiring systems, motors, generators, lighting systems, chillers, along with basic inspection and testing of Fire and Water systems.
- Inspect and maintain HVAC systems such as AHU's, Extract, Fan Coil Units.
- Be responsible for updating the on-site compliance records under your remit and maintain site logbooks.
Proven experience in Building Services and FM with at least 5 years' experience as an Engineer/Technician. - Electrical or Mechanical City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma/NVQ or Equivalent.
- A good understanding of statutory compliance relating to Fire & Water.
- Working at Height training, IPAF, PASMA would be beneficial.
- Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
