Multi Skilled Night Operative

We invite you to become a vital part of our night operations team, enhancing your skills in a multifaceted environment at our Asphalt plant in Sheffield. The Multi Skilled Night Operative role will see you engaging in a variety of tasks essential to the continuous operation of our facilities. Core Responsibilities

• Weighbridge Duties weighing customers in/out, creating and working with contracts, running reports inthe E1 system, workbench administration, purchasing using the coupa system.
• Operating the Loading shovel inclusive of fork attachments.
• Mixing on the Asphalt plant ensuring compliance to the company quality plan.
• Basic maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Promote and sell complimentary products
  
  Experience in a similar operational role is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
• Loading Shovel experience is a plus.
• You will need to develop a sound appreciation of Health & Safety, housekeeping and environmental regulations
