We provide tailored rapid-response and planned housing maintenance services to meet the needs of over 70 local authorities, Management Organisations and Housing Associations partners. By focusing on what matters most to them, we deliver an exceptional service while helping to invest in the communities we work in., We are looking for experienced Kitchen Fitters to join our newly formed Planned Works Team in Exeter. Working with Exeter City Council on a variety of residential works, working in occupied, void properties and communal areas, our team produce work to the highest standards and deliver outstanding customer service.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are as equally as invested as us in continuing to improve people's homes, lives and the local community, to join the team.
Can you demonstrate that you have;

• Extensive experience in kitchen fitting with multi skills including; joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating


• A trade relevant qualification or a background in 3 or more trades


• An exceptional level of customer service


• Excellent communication skills


• And a full driving licence
  
  To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.

Competitive basic salary up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) Productivity -Based Bonuses available (OTE £38-42 k).
