Multi Skilled Operative

Reporting to the Contract Delivery Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for independently carrying out general reactive maintenance tasks whilst also assisting Building Fabric & Civils trades to carry out various planned and reactive maintenance tasks., Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric fixtures & fittings, plastering, painting, replacing lamps, installation of containment & cable, replacing sanitary ware, general building fabric tasks etc.
Inspection of plant & equipment, ensuring results are captured accurately
Working either as part of the maintenance team completing small maintenance activities or work independently on minor tasks without local supervision
Able to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled
Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric and civil repairs
Carry out minor ground work repairs, general building fabric repairs, meter reading and supporting Fabric team.
Management & replenishment of local site stock
Deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers
Sites Waste Management
Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered.
Patching & Painting
Overall site welfare duties
