Multi Skilled Operative

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join us on a full time, permanent basis. The role will involve working on a variety of jobs within domestic properties. This could include plumbing, carpentry, painting and more! We would ideally like someone with a plumbing bias as this is where a large amount of work is currently required.

This role will be supporting the MOD Housing contract which covers Larkhill, Tidworth and Bulford, working on the reactive maintenance across various sites.

Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

Planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Assisting with quality checks and compliance
Carry out kitchen & bathroom upgrades
Assisting with general refurbishment and repair works
External repairs such as fencing and groundworks
What are we looking for?

Previous multi trade experience
Full UK driving licence
Ability to pass security clearance
Initiative to work independently when required
