Full Job Description

  • Checking materials, plant, labour and equipment are on site to meet contract

    • requirements
  • Monitor and produce good quality work

  • Ensure safety plans and method statements are adhered to

  • Ensure a safe system of work is in place

  • Concreting, drainage, site levelling and general maintenance work

    SNG Building Contractors Ltd. is a construction company based in Pudsey, Leeds who are looking for 2 full time, experienced, multi skilled operatives on a permanent contract. Must be hard working and reliable. You will usually be working outside on building and maintenance and will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations including planning, scheduling and coordinating the work of others. This is a varied role which may include concreting, drainage, site levelling, joinery and general building and maintenance work. Experience and a driving licence are essential.   • Professional & reliable

  • Previous experience of general building, joinery & ground work essential

  • Awareness of health and safety

  • Work well as a team or individually

  • Positive attitude and ability to use initiative

  • Must have a valid driving licence

  • CSCS/CPCS card preferred

  • Industry qualifications preferred

  • References required

    £13-£15 per hour depending on experience

  • PPE provided

  • Pension Scheme

  • Monday - Friday working

  • 45 hours a week minimum

  • Candidates must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK (Passport or form of ID).
