Full Job Description

Reporting to the Contract Delivery Manager, the Multi Skilled Plasterer will be responsible for undertaking various planned and reactive maintenance tasks. The individual will work as part of the maintenance team and will need to be able to complete tasks to a high quality standard and in a timely manner in line with SLA/KPI's.

Work alongside existing members of the team
Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric fixtures & fittings, plastering, painting, replacing lamps, installation of containment & cable, replacing sanitary ware, general building fabric tasks etc.
Complete point of work risk assessments and Safe methods of work (Training will be provided)
Ensure all works are completed efficiently to a high standard.
Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to.
Use your own initiative to solve problems associated with reactive maintenance activities, including sourcing parts & materials and seeking manufacturer technical support as required
Carry out PPM works as per the contract SLA/KPI's.
Update the Helpdesk on Progress of works and request time extensions as required.
Liaise closely with our control hub to ensure efficient response to all works, either working on your own or as part of a team.
Provide detailed write-ups/PDA reports of works carried out to ensure that both the GFM & clients CAFM system is kept up to date at all times
Provide exceptional maintenance services to our high profile client and go the extra mile to deliver to the highest quality standards in all areas
Deal with a variety of Clients/Customers on a daily basis
Keep accurate Time reports on all tasks completed.

Background in wet trade or Multiskilled civil works.
Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience preferably within the maintenance or construction industry
Demonstrate a sound general knowledge of multiple building services
Full Driver's License
Desirable Criteria

CSCS card or other recognised Safety training
Recognised Health & Safety training
Licensed MEWP operator
Manual Handling training
Confined space training
