Full Job Description

Perform reactive and remedial plumbing repairs and installations as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk.
Conduct minor building fabric repairs as needed.
Represent the company professionally while interacting with a diverse client base.
Submit documentation accurately and promptly, both in hard copy and electronically.
Use electronic devices to manage and complete tasks efficiently.
Solve complex technical mechanical issues, including sourcing parts and seeking manufacturer support.
Maintain high health and safety standards, including conducting risk assessments for every task.
Provide out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.

Relevant NVQ Lv 3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent.
At least 3 years' experience in building maintenance, with a focus on mechanical systems.
Current Full UK Driver's License.
Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.

Desirable Criteria:

IOSH - Working Safely or CSCS Card.
IT skills, particularly in using PDAs.
Asbestos awareness training.
