Full Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for those interested in supporting the development of communication skills of children in Wandsworth mainstream schools and physical, sensory and functional skills of children in special schools. You will join the well established therapy team at Paddock Special school. The multi-therapy assistant role is vital to support pupils., working with a diverse paediatric population within special schools providing SLT/OT programmes and interventions

Experience of working collaboratively with other agencies such as Education and Social Services as well as health colleagues. Work flexibly, under direction and independently where necessary Excellent communication skills both written and verbal together with good IT skills

The Children's Therapy team consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists. Therapists work in multi-disciplinary/multi agency teams across the borough of Wandsworth. We have a range of working parties to ensure we are utilising best practice including:
