Multi Trader / Carpenter

Our client is a leader in modular building solutions, is seeking a Skilled Worker with a CSCS card to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for construction, a strong work ethic, and experience in working on building sites, we want to hear from you!

Duties include but not limited to:

• Bolting of voids


• Plasterboard module joints


• Double board and trim all links


• Fit bolting down brackets to buildings


• Fit intermediate trims to void areas (building and stairpods)


• Weatherproofing of building externals (intermediate trims and seal legs)


• Fit skirts to building void area (after scaffold has been struck)


• Stairpods - trim internal plasterboards (double board and overlap)


• Stairpods - fit handrail


• Fit 2 in op Stairpod doors - requires MEWP - so must be qualified


• Cut 2 door openings on Stairpods for external double door sets (different handed doors)


• Fit Fire (heavy) door to void area


• Cut 6 door link openings


• Fit doors to first floor (5 doors TBC)


• Fit skirting and finish trimming walls to all areas once doors are in


• Fit Spanish partitioning to both toilet areas


• Fit/complete work top to ground floor


• Seal floors between modules


• Fit double door sets to corridor and links


• Carpet tiling


• Fit barrier matting to external door areas


• Fit window restrictors
  
  CSCS Card (Essential)


• Proven experience in construction or a similar role, preferably in modular building or portable cabins.


• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.


• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
