Job overview
We're looking for an exceptional Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our NoW MSK Service, within NCHC. This is a high quality, patient-centered and innovative service. This role involves assisting the team with the treatment of patients with a wide range of MSK conditions. We provide comprehensive in-service training as well as peer supervision and dedicated problem solving slots.
Flexible hours are an option for this role. We are specifically looking for someone to cover our Thetford and Diss areas - although work bases will vary depending on service need, across various sites in Norfolk.

Main duties of the job
You will contribute in the delivery of high standards of health care to patients with MSK conditions in clinics providing specialist MSK assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating packages of care. To manage own caseload, which may include complex patients.
Working for our organisation
Norfolk and Waveney Community Musculoskeletal Services (NoW MSK) is a collaborative service between Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCH&C) and East Coast Community Healthcare CIC (ECCH), providing MSK services to patients within Norfolk and Waveney.
The NoW MSK Service's team comprises: Extended Scope Practitioners, First Contact Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Specialist Hand therapy Occupational Therapists, Specialist Biomechanics Podiatrists and MSK Assistant Practitioners.
We provide First Contact Practitioners from within our overall MSK structure. We work out of various venues, including; health centres; GP surgeries; community hospitals; and leisure centres.

+ Assessments and treatments will take the form of face to face or virtual consultations to enhance patient access to our services
+ To work with all health care professionals and statutory/non statutory agencies to provide a seamless integrated service to our service users.

+ To be aware of the demand and capacity model which will reflect workload needs at any given time.
