Full Job Description

Alleyn's School are seeking to appoint a Music Administrator to join the enthusiastic and professional support team.

The Music Administrator will support the smooth operation and administration of the Music Department, ensuring the success of concerts, events, and instrumental tuition.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. The candidate should be proactive, able to work independently, and flexible, with a willingness to occasionally support events outside standard hours.

The position is available on a full-time basis, term-time only. The core hours are based on 37.5 hours a week. Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The salary will be in the range of £22,237 to £25,943 per annum pro-rata subject to qualifications and experience (based on an FTE of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum).

The closing date for the role is 9:00 am on Monday 14 October 2024.

Interviews will be held at the School on Wednesday 16 October 2024.
