Music Events Administrator - 8 hours per week
Music at King's
The department is extremely successful and in recent years has helped pupils win scholarships to the Royal College of Music, the Royal Academy of Music, Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Leeds Conservatoire and Trinity Laban College of Music. Music touches the lives of everyone at King's with weekly congregational hymn practices, House Music events and a range of opportunities for musicians of all types and abilities to perform from Pre-Prep through to Sixth Form.
The Department has a Senior School Director of Music, a Preparatory and Pre-Preparatory School Director of Music, a full-time Music Teacher, a part-time Music Administrator and a strong team of 18 Visiting Music Teachers, who complete this friendly and welcoming department. Music is highly regarded by all members of the school community.
