Full Job Description

  • Planand deliver engaging music lessons to primary and secondarystudents.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensivemusic curriculum that aligns with nationalstandards.

  • Assess and monitor student progressproviding constructive feedback to support theirgrowth.

  • Create a safe and inclusive classroomenvironment conducive to learning.

  • Organize andcoordinate school music events such as concerts andcompetitions.

  • Collaborate with other teachersand staff to integrate music across thecurriculum.

  • Stay uptodate with current trendsand developments in musiceducation.

    Bachelorsdegree in Music Education or a relatedfield.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) orequivalent certification.

  • Proven experienceteaching music to primary and / or secondarystudents.

  • Strong knowledge of music theoryhistory and a variety of instruments.

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.

  • Abilityto engage and inspire students in a group and individualsettings.

  • Patience creativity and a passion formusiceducation.
