Full Job Description

o To provide administrative support for Mytime Scheme within Coventry.

o To liaise with individuals and organisation such as hotels to book carers respite breaks.

o CORE RESPONSIBLITES:

o Support the Mytime Co-ordinator by delivering an efficient administration service to support the needs of the service.

o Ensure all enquiries and messages are managed accurately, effectively, and timely and all communication is processed in a helpful, efficient, and supportive manner.

o Process referrals to Mytime efficiently and professionally.

o Have regular contact with carers before and after their break.

o Update and manage spreadsheets and data bases, ensuring all carer contact is recorded.

o Collect feedback from the carer and collate this into monthly reports.

o Assist with collating quality data and contribute to the production of reports where necessary.

o Ensure all letters and correspondences are prepared to a high standard of accuracy.

o Assist in arranging events and attend events to promote Mytime.

o Maintain and update Mytime social media platforms.

o Responsible for ensuring the strict security of personal/sensitive information which relates to work activity and particularly that resulting from contact with staff, clients/customers, and the general public.
