Full Job Description

We are looking for a Head of PR and Partnerships to support the Marketing Director in ensuring that the PR activities drive the overall global image of the company.,

  • Create strategy and proactively pursue product placement and relationship management for new in, restocks and best-selling lines across PR, media, influencers and any other key partnerships
  • Create and implement strategy for all collections and product launches. Manage the communications and activities, within company guidelines, for Digital, Print, VIP dressing & Company Events.
  • Create and implement the print strategy for placement of all Nadine Merabi ranges.
  • Proactively pursue editorial coverage in all key magazines and newspapers, monitor and report the ROI.
  • Develop the strategy in line with wider global marketing guidelines and targets.
  • Maintain and develop loyal relationships with editors & stylists and influencers meeting regularly and keeping up to date with opportunities.
  • Create and implement the digital strategy for placement of all Nadine Merabi ranges.
  • Proactively pursue digital coverage in all media outlets. Monitor and report the ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with global influencers. Organise influencer events to support key launches.
  • Manage the VIP dressing and PR exposure via print and digital.
  • Manage celebrity dressing for events and key launches.
  • Report the ROI results.
  • Plan with the Creative team on event execution.
  • Oversee the strategy of Press Days for the PR attendees to include print and digital articles.
  • Develop and implement the PR strategy for events, new store openings and Pop-Up locations to support the marketing & sales objectives.
  • Manage the team to ensure that all editorial and influencer requests are fulfilled, and important products are pushed for editorial shoots
  • Send out press releases across all product categories.
  • Manage weekly and monthly editorial reports and maintenance of editorial archives.
  • Manage budgets for all PR and partnership activities.
  • Manage gifting process from building relationships with talent agencies and influencers, identifying list, ordering product and distribution
  • Manage the inclusion of the newly formed ambassador programme into the wider marketing mix
  • Accountable for:
  • The companies' relationships with key media, talent agencies and influencers, ensuring we are the first to come to mind for any occasion
  • The delivery of PR coverage for the brand and attracting the best talent to want to work with us
  • Ensure stock database and contact databases are well maintained and kept up to date.
  • Oversee and manage employee performance appraisals and highlight employees for development. Prepare a succession plan for all Partnerships and PR positions.
  • To communicate effectively in order to develop a stable team, low staff turnover rate, and a succession plan for your business.
  • Hold weekly briefings to confirm business strategy and motivate the team to achieve the objectives.
  • Managing the US and US PR agency to ensure the company hits it's objectives and KPI's are met.

    Had extensive PR & Partnership Management experience in the fashion sector.
  • Experience in managing and empowering a small team
  • Experience in managing and networking with Editors, VIP celebrities and influencers
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong knowledge of fashion, trends and competitors.
  • Relationships with editors/stylists/social media influencers
  • Demonstration of excellent product and range knowledge once trained
  • Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • A passion for NADINE MERABI and company collections
  • Dependant upon the location of the successful candidate, this role will either be based in our Manchester Head Office or will be London based (with a mix of remote working, use of our working space in the Nadine Merabi Retail Store and client meetings.) Regular travel between Manchester and London will be needed.
