Nanny

Supportive, patient and fun nanny required for two girls aged 5 and 11. This family is seeking an active nanny to help get the girls to school and then provide activities or park visits afterschool. This role will be a mixture of shared care and sole charge. This interesting and fun role provides a full-time salary but with 3 ½ hours of non-duty free time in the middle of the day.
Duties Include:
School drop-off and pick-up.
Tidying, light cleaning and laundry related to the children. This can be done in the mornings when the girls are at school.
Providing fun and stimulating activities at home or outings afterschool.
Preparing the girls an evening meal and helping with the end of day routine.
An interest or knowledge in supporting children with special educational needs would be helpful for this role. This is a year-round position with 9 hours per day also required in the school holidays. The family would also consider a job share for this role so please do get in touch if you could be available for 3 or 2 days per week.
Location of the job: Liscard, Wallesey near Liverpool

For all roles with children and the vulnerable you must have an up-to-date enhanced eDBS certificate which is registered on the update service, a 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate and a minimum of 2 professional referees who are happy for you to share their contact details to our recruiters. One of your references must be your current or last employer and both references must be immediately contactable. We also recommend that you have appropriate personal insurance.

Hours of work: Term time 7:30am-11:30am then 3pm-8pm (9 hours a day), there is some flexibility on the hours during school holidays however this will also be 9 hours per day.
Days required: Mon - Fri
Pets in the home: One medium sized dog
Driving required: Would be helpful but not essential.

Pay: £37,440 gross annual salary (£16.00 gross per hour)
