Full Job Description

We seek a professional female SEN Nanny to support Ethan and coordinate with his school and therapy team. Promoting his independence and reinforcing life skills is key. The role includes light nursery duties, occasional help with younger siblings, and preparing meals. Weekend support is required, with flexibility for a weekday off (ideally Wednesday)., A varied role supporting Ethan's development, observing therapy sessions, and accompanying the family on paid travels during school holidays (Dubai, Pakistan, Europe).

Ethan (9) is energetic, enjoys outdoors, swimming, and trampolining. He has ASC, verbal dyspraxia, and developmental delays. Ethan is sensitive to noise and receives ABA therapy and speech therapy. He attends a specialist school and is improving, though he needs constant direction and positive reinforcement. Though mostly calm, Ethan may pinch if overstimulated. He was progressing with potty training but has recently regressed., The role suits someone with solid autism experience, able to work with a multidisciplinary team. Ethan responds well to kindness with a firm approach. You'll need to liaise with teachers and therapists confidently., Experience required Experience working in a family setting, solid autism experience, happy to liaise with other professionals, confident swimmer and flexibility to travel with the family.

    A fantastic full-time role supporting an active 9-year-old boy with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).
    Salary: £42,328.00 Gross Per Annum

    Wage: £42,328.00 Gross PA. £21.00 weekdays, £23.00 weekends
