Nanny (Special needs)

We're looking for an engaging and active SEN Nanny/Manny to support Ethan's development. Your shift begins with a handover at nursery, then heading home or stopping at the park. At home, you'll focus on play, social interaction, and strategies like the zones of regulation. Preparing Ethan's tea and encouraging independence are key parts of the role. Free parking available for drivers.

Essential: Experience supporting bright autistic children, managing challenging behaviours.
Desirable: 3-5 years working with young children, autism-specific training, experience with restricted diets, and therapy input., Perfect for someone with hands-on autism experience. Ideal for a Psychology/therapy student or someone seeking practical SEN experience. Calm, nurturing, and fun with the ability to set boundaries., Experience required Hands-on experience working with an autistic child who is very bright with proven experience in how to handle behaviours that can challenge.
