Full Job Description

The PR Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting the distribution of promotional and brand aligned materials for clients, partners and press. The PR Assistant will provide general support to the PR department by completing tasks such as assembling press kits, assisting in PR campaigns, conducting media research, working on press reports, managing sample trafficking, sending out giftings and ensuring the showroom is in compliance with the collection schedule.,

  • Maintaining day to day contact with PR agencies and the Nanushka office in London.
  • Work closely with the wider PR team t to oversee the regional press and the rollout of the global strategy
  • Maintain and nurture press relations on behalf of Nanushka with regular contact with key press and influencers
  • Responsible for assisting with the Women's and Men's RTW and Accessories sample movement, working to maximizing press coverage for the collection, coordinating internal sample movements and sample movements with the global agencies
  • Responsible for wholesale sample requests
  • Ensure the sample tracker database (Launchmetrics) is managed and updated daily
  • Assist in the accurate maintenance of press office mailing lists and filing systems
  • Supporting the wider PR team with the creation of press materials, including weekly mailers and lookbooks
  • Monitoring and supporting with global press clippings, including coverage analysis
  • Ad hoc administrative duties, filing expenses and invoices
  • Support regional and worldwide press and marketing events

    Must be Budapest based
  • Must have good communication and language skills. Fluency in Hungarian and English is required.
  • Higher education in fashion / design or previous internship experience within the fashion industry is preferable.
  • Knowledge and experience using Google Docs.
  • Must be organised and work well within a team
