Full Job Description

As a NAM Pureplay, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales experience across Pureplay customers and manage Quick Commerce relationships while being a crucial part of the Amazon and Ocado team. This role is integral in managing day-to-day relationships with Ocado and quick commerce customers, and supporting on the Amazon account. This includes tracking sales performance, setting up new lines and promotions, inputting forecasts, and processing invoices. You will bring keen attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset. Working closely with the Head of Pureplay, you'll solve problems and seize opportunities for success with our customers. TOP ACCOUNTABILITIES Pureplay

  • Work with the Head of Pureplay and wider team to drive profitable sales growth to outperform the market and competitors.
  • Manage the Ocado P&L end to end and own full accountability of the customer performance and relationship.
  • Own promotional activities, new line setup, pricing (both internal & external), and catalogue management (titles, images, details).
  • Conduct account forecasting to manage deliverables both internally and externally.
  • Own end to end cash management for Ocado.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationship management with the Ocado external team to deliver agreed JBP terms and metrics.
  • Monitor and report on Diageo's KPIs as well as customer KPIs; provide improvement recommendations.
  • Manage conversations with customers/buyers ensuring key commercial plans are met.
  • Undertake 'store' audits to identify incremental opportunities for growth; review competitor activity.
  • Quick Commerce
  • Manage key customers within the Quick Commerce space.
  • Engage in range & distribution conversations with quick commerce accounts to ensure maximum brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with grocery MFSTs to drive the quick commerce agenda forward.
  • Create and implement activation plans alongside the customer activation manager.

  • Previous National Account or FMCG sales experience.
