Full Job Description

To provide careers advice and guidance to National Careers Service customers using various modes of delivery, and support customers through to job or learning outcomes.

Experience in delivery of careers advice to adults, individually or in groups, employed and unemployed

  • Willing to undertake professional training to maintain standards
  • Hold, as a minimum, Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice or
  • NVQ 4 in Advice & Guidance or willing to undertake and complete training within 12 months of starting. Ability and flexibility to work in different outreach locations
