Full Job Description

To provide careers advice to adults via a range of methods including telephone, email, webchat, and other digital means to help them to achieve work or learning goals.

+ Hold, as a minimum, Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice or NVQ 4 in Advice & Guidance, or working towards

Work on a rota across the National Careers Service First Contact Centre operational hours (8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, 10am - 5pm Saturday and 8am - 5pm on Bank Holidays).

Careers Adviser (Level 4 qualified) - Starting at £31,250 per annum

Careers Adviser (Level 6 qualified) - Starting at £33,654.00 per annum, + 25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases post 3 years' service up to 28 days, and the option to purchase additional holiday
+ 2 days paid volunteering leave each year
