National Health and Safety Operations Manager

As our National Health and Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our health and safety compliance and culture across all Engineering, Facility & IT Floor Management operations across multiple data centres. This includes ensuring the implementation of policies, procedures, training, and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management in Facilities, Engineering Services (Maintenance & Projects), or technical critical environments, and will drive a proactive safety culture.

• Have proven experience in a health and safety management role, preferably within data centres, engineering, or construction, with a Health and Safety qualification ideally NEBOSH.
• Have a good understanding of UK health and safety regulations, particularly relating to engineering and technical environments.
• Have experience managing health and safety across multiple sites.
• Possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Have good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
