Full Job Description

ICL is looking for a driven individual with expertise in stadia turf management, stadia agronomy or technical sales to lead our growth efforts in the stadia sector, helping top-tier UK sports venues achieve world-class standards with ICL's industry-leading solutions. The Role In this role you'll drive the growth of our business within the UK & Ireland's most prestigious stadia and training grounds. Leveraging your expertise you'll work alongside ICL's technical sales team and supporting distributors to build and maintain strong relationships with leading football and sports clubs ensuring our market-leading products continue to set the standard. In addition you will represent ICL and be the lead point of contact for sports pitch advisors and industry associations

  • Proactively engage with leading stadia/grounds associations, advisory companies, and governing bodies and supporting distributors to represent ICL's offering, initiate collaborative opportunities, and provide technical support to the industry.
  • Develop and support sales to a customer base of key stadia/training ground clients to expand our presence and increase profitable market share within the stadia and training ground sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical and agronomic support to regional TASMs and supporting distributors at key stadia accounts, adding value and driving business.
  • Work with Technical, Sales and Marketing departments to develop strategies, initiatives, communications, and presentations.
  • Represent ICL at industry events, delivering presentations and training to strengthen brand presence and drive sales.
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve challenges, ensuring the highest levels of support are provided.
  • Support technical teams and third-party suppliers in field trials to contribute to product development and marketing content.

    Proven experience in stadia turf management or a strong track record in an agronomic capacity or technical sales role within the sports turf industry.
  • Deep knowledge of turf management practices, especially in high-performance environments, supported by qualifications such as BASIS or FACTS.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level clients and distributors.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
