As a National Key Account Manager, you will be a pivotal part of the Key Account Team and its success so get ready to be in demand.

Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or Tools and General Maintenance products, however full training will be provided so don't let this stop you from applying!

As long as you're a team player with Key Account Management experience, then this could be the role for you!

You may have come across us in the Industrial Distribution or Manufacturing sector before or you may be new to us and curious to find out more

  • We work with some of the biggest names in the manufacturing sector to ensure they have the parts, spares, PPE and tools that they need to remain operational.

  • Key to our success is ensuring we identify customers yet to benefit from our great product and service offering and building deeper relationships with those we already know and support.


  • The National Key Account Manager responsibilities involves :
  • Strategic direction and leadership of the relevant account portfolio to drive profitable growth that aligns to the corporate and portfolio strategy

  • Responsible for all aspects of customer relationship and account development, commercial management and cost saving initiatives for accounts of high complexity and / or scale

  • Develop, maintain, articulate, communicate, execute strategic customer plans and, where appropriate, industry sector / segment plans to achieve profitable growth

  • Direction of and collaboration with the Regional Key Account team to deliver the planned account activity, with a particular emphasis on call quality to deliver positive outcomes

    Track record of working to sales targets with a profit focus

  • Key account management experience

  • Negotiation skills

  • Ability to build rapport and work with customer stakeholders at all levels

  • Building a strong pre-tender understanding of each client's current activities and requirements in order to develop significant new business opportunities in the future

  • Identify and build relationships with partners and potential partners internally and externally to strengthen our business offering

  • Regular travel across the UK (at least bi-weekly), Someone that is team oriented, results focused that provides high levels of customer service.
