Join us as an Operations Manager for Expo & Events and take charge of delivering world-class exhibitions and events for some of the biggest names in the industry. Your Role As an Operations Manager, you will lead a team to manage the full logistical delivery for the Expo & Events Domestic division, overseeing both operational and financial aspects. You will ensure seamless planning, deployment, and execution of events, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service. Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for official exhibitions and events.
  • Manage onsite project operations across multiple UK/EU locations.
  • Coordinate multimodal logistics, including time-sensitive freight bookings.
  • Directly engage with clients on scheduling, pricing, and operational delivery.
  • Monitor and manage the functional area budget for events.
  • Promote innovation and implement current technology practices.
  • Attend client meetings, including operational and tender discussions.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to ensure successful event operations.

    5+ years of project management experience, preferably in logistics.
  • Leadership and international experience (preferred).
  • Apprenticeship or vocational training (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of customs clearance processes (ATA Carnets, Temporary Import) is a plus.
  • Full driving license required.
