Full Job Description

Lead the performance of our UK retailer network to deliver on sales targets, client satisfaction and ensure delivery of modern luxury principles in retailer client interactions.,

  • Oversee the management of UKNSC sales funnel at the aggregate and retailer level, and holding central accountability for UKNSC sales performance on new vehicles

  • Oversee the management of new and used car sales performance for retailers

  • Oversee the management of new and used car client satisfaction for retailers

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve retailer performance and sales results including client satisfaction

  • Monitor sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement

  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers at a site and group level

  • Manage the RPM teams to optimise conversion rates, maximise sales opportunities and client satisfaction metrics

  • Efficiently deploy and allocate Retail Performance Managers to regions, groups, and specific rooftops in the UK network, monitor and adjust team assignments based on workload and performance metrics

  • Ensure the Retail Performance Management provide appropriate support and interventions to our retailer network

  • Manage the RPMs team to optimise lead handling processes and maximise sales opportunities

  • Monitor adherence to visual merchandising standards and Modern Luxury Priorities

  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time.
