Full Job Description
Other responsibilities will include planning and hosting appropriate show-rounds, FAM trips, events and village site visits as required. This role will therefore include national travel and attendance at events as required. A full UK Driving Licence is therefore required.
Previous experience of coaching, developing and leading a field-based sales team is required and you will be required to inspire and guide them to ensure their account management of agencies and direct clients delivers profitable growth for Center Parcs across all locations.,
- Understanding of the UK hospitality and events industry.
- Ability to lead and direct a remote sales team to deliver results using strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, key accounts, and industry partners.
- Experience in B2B sales role, within a MICE / hospitality / events environment.
- Significant experience of Sales & Account Management.
- Significant experience managing and developing a high performing team.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, personable individual able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and an aptitude to negotiate profitable contracts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to drive results and exceed targets.
- Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel nationally and attend events as needed. Desirable requirements:
- Experience of dealing with annual targets in excess of £10m and individual accounts in excess of £200k per annum.
