Full Job Description
- Consistently strive to provide a first fix resolution to all tools received into the National Service Centre
- Embrace continuous learning about the technical know-how of repair tools across the various brands under the Stanley Black & Decker umbrella
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stake holders including
- National Service Centre Administration Team
- The wider After Sales Service Team
- The wider Spennymoor Site Team
- Engineering, Product Management and Quality Teams
- Comply with any standard operating procedures and computer system requirements within the National Service Centre
- Ensure that all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements on site are complied with
A strong interest and passion in fixing things! - A team player with good interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully build and maintain key relationships
- Flexible approach to work
- Experience of handling a large variety of technical skills within the role
- Ability to solve problems and manage complex tasks
- Educated to GCSE level including English and Maths to grade 4 (C) or above
