Full Job Description

Manage and oversee the Occurrence Reporting Tool supporting the continued development of the system into a fully functioning causal analysis/LFE tool.

Overall management and lead responsibility for the delivery and provision of license/accounts issue and provides a first-line help desk support function to NC Units and user community along with wider stakeholders both internally and externally as appropriate law. processes and procedures laid down in NC Policy.

Act as first-line support to System Users, who experience access issues to the system and for the appropriate handling and redirection of issue progression, utilising the Army Information Front-door online reporting tools to log and track faults, issues and change requests as appropriate.

Act as the Primary Gatekeeper for the Occurrence Reporting Tool; ensuring that any data input or retrieval to or from the system meets and complies with policies and regulations in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 18, whilst assuring the accurate and appropriate capture of Data to be held within the system through the Occurrence Reporting Team.
