NEC Supervisor - Construction

Turner & Townsend is actively looking to engage with an experienced NEC Supervisor to aid in the delivery of large-scale construction/manufacturing programmes in Sheffield.,

• Undertake NEC Supervisor services as defined in the NEC3 ECC, reporting into the Project Leads for each element of the Recap Programme.
• Reports into the Project Lead appropriate to the project being worked upon.
• Have a regular presence on site, providing independent scrutiny of the works, ensuring the correct materials are used and to the correct standards.
• Have foresight, to enable the identification of issues/potential issues and prevent them from occurring.
• Mange any defects that do arise.
• Witness any testing.
• Attend progress meetings.
• Issue communications as per the requirements of the contract.
• Work in conjunction with the Project Manager, making them aware of any issues observed.
• Maintain contemporary records of all observations.
