They will handle daily inquiries, stay updated on market trends, and identify business opportunities to drive sales. Client care is key, ensuring efficient communication and maintaining professionalism. The role requires collaboration with other departments for cross-selling opportunities. The ideal candidates will have strong business development skills, and a willingness to work as part of a team.,

  • Manage buyer relationships, ensuring regular contact and distributing relevant property details.
  • Generate viewings and obtain offers by proactively contacting buyers.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on the Knight Frank database daily.
  • Handle web, phone, and walk-in inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Stay informed on local market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct property viewings with buyers and follow up on feedback.
  • Assist in creating sales brochures and drafting property details.
  • Develop business opportunities by leveraging contacts and identifying new prospects.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure smooth and professional sales processes.
  • Maintain a strong local presence to attract potential clients.
  • Build and foster goodwill, trust, and confidentiality with all clients.
  • Uphold the professional image of Knight Frank in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gain insight into cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed about other Knight Frank services like farm estates, development, and finance.
  • Enhance the business by sharing information and supporting team goals.

    2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Dedicated sales professional with experience of a sales agency environment.
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
