Negotiator

As a Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive:

• Pay in the region of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (OTE) Pro Rata if Part Time
• Basic salary from £22,500 plus monthly commission pay Pro Rata if Part Time

In the role of a Negotiator you will:
• Register Customers and carry out property matches
• Generate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between all parties
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times
  
  Reeds Rains Hillsborough Branch are looking for a highly motivated Negotiator to join our estate agency on a permanent basis full time with part time considered., Industry experience is preferred, but this is not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will be able to evidence previous sales &/or customer service experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.
