Full Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who enjoys working as part of a community-based team. The team engages collaboratively with our diverse communities and the voluntary and community sectors whilst promoting prevention, early intervention, education and approaches to problem solving public realm and neighbourhood issues.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Understand the importance and principles of community engagement and participation
  • Experience of partnership working with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Experience of working with communities and an understanding of community empowerment
  • - This post is politically restricted. - A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.

    Salary: Starting Salary is £30,296 (Level one) rising to £33,024 (Level four) (pro rata for part-time) Location: Office base - Mary Potter Centre, Gregory Boulevard, Hyson Green, NG7 5HY, but will be required to visit community groups anywhere within Nottingham City Boundary We've got an exciting opportunity available for talented individuals to join our workforce - perhaps this is the opportunity you've been looking for?
