Full Job Description

To lead on the day-to-day management of the staffing e roster within the Neonatal unit. To Ensure that any gaps within the roster are offered out to QIS nurses, registered nurses, nursery nurses and HCA's as appropriate to the skill required for the particular shift. This will include review of the skill mix in each area in accordance with the BAPM and Trust guidelines, policies and procedures to support safety and quality within the Unit., Our neonatal unit looks after up to 8 Intensive care cots, 8 High dependency cots, 14 Special care cots and 4 Transitional care cots. We are the hub for the new Outreach service for the Coventry, Warwickshire and Nuneaton area.
