Learn to develop your skills and increase your knowledge by becoming an experienced tertiary level neonatal nurse, caring for a range of sick neonates from both the extreme prematurity to term gestation, providing surgical and medical interventions to maintain these precious tiny lives., This career path will allow you to develop your portfolio, experience working within a large friendly diverse team, always willing to share and teach, caring for some of the sickest babies but experiencing the joy of seeing them discharged to home with family., The post holder will provide support to members of the neonatal team and carries responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programme of care and setting standards. This will include the delivery of education and training programmes which incorporate mandatory training, clinical and enhanced skill within Neonatology
