If you are passionate about finance and helping your community, then this is a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated Adult Social Care Finance Operation Delivery Team as a Finance Officer.

The Adult Social Care Finance Team manages payments and income collection on behalf of Adult Social Care. They facilitate payments for social care services provided under the Care Act to meet assessed needs. These services may include residential and domiciliary care for individuals, as well as payments to or from care providers and service users.

As a Finance Officer, you will become an integral part of the Customer Finance Team, where you will gain hands-on experience in relation to Adult Social Care Charging, Deferred Payment Agreement and Interim Loans, inputting, maintaining, and processing financial data related to adult social care. You will be part of the Net to Gross project working with providers and people who use Adult Social Care in relation to their billing accounts, committed to providing a high level of customer service.
