Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Netball Coach to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting and developing the programme. In this position, you will Coach sessions and attend Fixtures across 2/3 Teams and support our athletes in individual as well as Team development. You will also be responsible for regular athlete feedback and building and maintaining positive Team Culture.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 ,or above, Netball Coaching qualification and experience of over two years Coaching in a Club or Performance environment. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience of Netball coaching ,outside of a school is essential, along with a commitment to providing a high-quality Netball athlete experience., Self-Motivated

Level 1, 2 or 3 Coaching Qualification

2 Years minimum Coaching Experience in Club/Pathway or above

Excellent 'individual skills' coaching ability

Any additional qualification either within Strength and Conditioning, Sports Science, Sports Nutrition, Sports Psychology will be a great addition to delivery but not essential., A detailed knowledge of the curriculum and its means of delivery

High standards of communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to motivate both students and your peers.
