Whether it's a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.About this role: As a Network Efficiency Associate reporting to the Global Courier Efficiency Manager, you will help optimise the courier network through strategic planning, program implementation, process optimisation, and data analysis for tactical changes. Collaborating with the Global Courier Operations team, you'll implement and enhance processes, leveraging existing datasets to generate insights for improved courier and network outcomes. You will also gather qualitative feedback from couriers and other stakeholders to inform product roadmap decisions and enhance network efficiency These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Collaborate closely with the Global Network Efficiency Manager to contribute to the optimisation of our courier network.
• Play a crucial role in implementing projects to enhance network quality, focusing on process improvements, tactical changes, and compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing programs, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring adherence to compliance and legal standards post-rollout.
• Provide analytical support to drive the implementation of strategies that improve courier segmentation and overall network efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
• Explore opportunities around competitive benchmarking, insights gathering, and market comparison activities to inform strategic decision-making and enhance organisational competitiveness.
• Integrate qualitative feedback from couriers, stakeholders, and other teams to inform product roadmap decisions and identify opportunities for network and process optimisation in line with compliance standards.
What will you bring to the table?
• Proven experience in operations or analytical roles, with a focus on process optimisation and data-driven decision-making.
• A logical and structured mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and develop clear, data-driven solutions.
• Proven experience in MS Excel or Google Sheets, with experience working with data - Basic knowledge of SQL and an introduction to Tableau or similar data visualisation tools.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Ability to independently drive multiple work streams within the operations domain.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve shared goals and improve overall team performance.
• A self-starter with the motivation and communication skills to take initiative and influence key stakeholders.
• An understanding of courier operations and logistics or compliance processes is a plus but not mandatory, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
