Full Job Description

Join our busy network team supporting the Royal and Broadgreen Hospital networks. This role covers working as part of a team to support the voice and data networks., Manage and resolve primarily 3rd line incidents assigned to the Network Team in accordance with the Incident Management process. These incidents, which are by definition complex and require specialist knowledge. This may require prolonged analysis and interpretation of complex data and/or statistical reports, to determine the root cause and provide adequate steps to resolve the problem.
