Full Job Description
We have a newly created role and an opportunity for you to join our IT Support department. As the Network Engineer you will work with the Network & Infrastructure Manager to provide the day-to-day management of the Groups Infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure a robust, secure, and stable platform for the delivery of teaching and learning and business functions., As our new Network Engineer, you will work with the Network & Infrastructure Manager and the Director of Digital Transformation to deliver ICT Service Excellence to all users of the ETC Groups Infrastructure, Systems and Services and lead the Network Services Team.
This role requires a dynamic and proactive person with excellent customer service skills and a "can do" attitude.
