Position: Network Engineering Apprentice Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our network engineering department as an apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both network engineering and desktop support, assisting our help desk when required. You will work alongside a skilled team to ensure our clients' networks and systems operate smoothly while developing your technical skills. Responsibilities: Assist in the installation,
configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points). Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VoIP telephony systems (on-premises and cloud-based). Provide desktop support to end-users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity. Assist with onsite installation of cables and accessories as part of network deployment. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation. Collaborate with senior engineers on network design and implementation projects. Document network configurations, processes, and procedures. Assist the help desk with resolving IT support tickets when necessary. Stay updated with advancements in networking and support technologies. Skills and Qualifications: Interest in learning desktop support and troubleshooting end-user issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills., Ability

to work effectively both independently and within a team, Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a professional setting.
