Full Job Description
As a Network Engineering Professional, you will support the daily operations of our network and infrastructure while contributing to ongoing engineering improvements. This role offers the chance to enhance your skills in automation and network engineering, with potential progression toward a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role. You'll work closely with senior engineers, gaining experience in network operations and infrastructure management.,
- Assist in the design, build, testing, maintenance, and support of infrastructure and applications.
- Troubleshoot and implement changes in daily network operations while monitoring performance.
- Automate deployment, configuration, and system management using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and Git.
- Contribute to network upgrades and cloud migration projects to meet business connectivity needs.
- Configure network hardware (physical and virtual) and work on private cloud and data centre environments.
- Provide operational support, including incident management and improving workflows.
- Document processes, solutions, and network health reports to support knowledge sharing.
Worked under pressure in technical environments, managing or leading projects. - Suggested improvements or cost-saving measures in previous roles.
- Familiarity with LINUX and network infrastructure management.
- Managed stakeholder relationships and worked through challenging situations with integrity.
- Applied technology in innovative ways to solve problems.
