Full Job Description

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the successful candidate would benefit from a Streetworks/permittingorTelecommunications/Utilityindustrybackground(althoughnotessential). This role is office based in either our Bristol, Cramlington or Bridgend office, the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with the field-based engineeringteamstoensurethemonitoring,permitcoordination&theimplementation&trackingof rolling build programmes across the portfolio. Goodcommunicationisessentialtothisrole,asthesuccessfulcandidatewouldberequiredtoliaisewith the operational teams, sub-contractors, senior management team & the local authority. We are looking for anindividual who hasgood administrationbackground who can manage&ownthis workstream.Theywillbeexpectedtostructureandimprovetheprocessesinthedepartmentandfully understand the operational needs in the department. Youwillbe partofawideradministrationteam,whoworktogetherwiththeoperationalteamstodeliver build opportunities across the South West & South Wales.,

  • Work with the Engineering Teams to raise, manage & trackpermits
  • Creation & amendment of rollingprogrammes
  • Monitor & track the progress of any defects arising from thebuilds
  • Risk Register / Action Logmanagement
  • Monitor build programmedeadlines
  • Work with Engineering Teams to identify TTROs & Traffic Managementrequirements
  • Create & monitor daily teamwhereabouts

    Experience in permit raising is notessential
  • Excellent computer skills including strong understanding of MicrosoftOffice
  • Outstanding attention todetail
