Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Sales Partner (NSP) to drive growth and retention within our LPG cylinder network, working closely with partners and retailers. You will be responsible for converting sales opportunities and implementing business plans to ensure sustainable success. The ideal candidate will align growth and retention strategies with our long-term goals to maintain a best-in-class network., 1. Deliver Growth and Retention: Achieve growth and retention targets by ensuring network objectives are met.
2. Maximise Sales Efficiencies: Leverage CRM and other tools to enhance sales performance across your area.
3. Business Planning: Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive performance and align with company objectives.
4. Performance & KPI Management: Be accountable for service levels, KPIs, and ensuring the delivery of minimum standards.
5. Optimise Cylinder Network: Manage contract negotiations, stock utilisation, and ensure agreement renewals with network partners.
6. Drive Revenue: Implement pricing strategies and optimise revenue streams as agreed with the Commercial Effectiveness team.
7. Sales Campaigns: Execute data-driven sales campaigns to strengthen the network.
8. Pipeline Management: Ensure ongoing acquisition and renewal opportunities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
9. Safety Culture: Promote and enforce safety within the network in line with company standards.

+ Minimum 3 years' experience in the LPG cylinder industry, specifically in the cylinder network.
+ Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, with strong negotiation skills.
+ Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans that drive performance.
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
+ Self-motivated and proficient with computers, especially CRM systems.
