Full Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 5 nurse to work in our Neurodevelopmental service.
The post entails supporting young people prescribed medication for ADHD and offering medication reviews in line with NICE guidance.
Completing Risk and Care plans
Telephone support to families who contact the service, Medication review clinics monitoring of medication effectiveness and side effects
Physical Health monitoring

Telephone support to parents contacting the service
Working in East Sussex we provide supervision and opportunities to develop skills thought regular training
