As a Neurodiversity Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary.
- You'll provide direct and/or indirect support for those presenting with neurodiversity/ learning difficulties,
- You'll support for those with long-term neurological conditions such as Alzheimers and/or Dementia and will support the IMHT with training in relevant area
- You'll be a lynch pin in the team, making a huge difference to our prisoners quality of life. - You'll be a qualified RMN/RNLD and hold a current NMC registration
- You will be responsible for assessment, care coordination and triage of complex care; you will be required to support the management of complex prisoners who may have social or environmental needs
- You will have responsibility for care quality performance and clinical activity by providing professional clinical leadership and guidance, clinical advice and management. The site currently offers a flexible work pattern between Monday-Sunday, 7.5 hour days ( days to be discussed with successful candidate), This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £47,466 per annum - depending on experience.
