Full Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- receive training to acquire the skills and experience to be able to work flexibly across all areas within the Neuromodulation Service.
- support the processing of all referrals into the Neuromodulation Service, ensuring that they are discussed as an MDT and the patient is taken onto the most appropriate treatment pathway.
- participate in the management of Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) to ensure the service is meeting accepted quality and safety standards in accordance with national and local guidelines, obtaining and maintaining ECTAS Accreditation standards, and providing a consistent approach across the Trust.
- deliver effective and safe services which support the key elements of clinical/practice governance.
- focus on supporting the team to introduce ways of continuously improving the quality of their services and safeguarding high standards of care by creating an environment in which excellence will flourish. In return, we can offer you:
