Full Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and talented New Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing existing accounts, delivering high levels of account management, and building new business. You would be providing appropriate solutions to the customer and increasing sales with new and existing sectors whilst actively increasing our share of a competitive market. This is a role with a basic salary, commission scheme and car allowance.,

  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with customers to ensure future sales.
  • Increasing sales and margin and grow the business.
  • Maintaining and expanding your extensive knowledge of products and services available to customers.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with other team members and departments.
  • Achieving growth targets.
  • Networking and communicating with customers at all levels.
  • Managing customer tenders, quotes and contracts efficiently and effectively.
  • Constantly analysing territory and market potential.

    This is a fluid role requiring creativity, strategic thinking, insight, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven previous sales experience (in specific product sectors preferred)
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently communicate at all levels
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Ability to manage own time effectively and efficiently
  • Able to problem solve and deal with customer complaints efficiently and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with customers
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
